Harvest

In “Harvest”, a worker questions the wisdom of installing certain pieces of equipment, and rightly so. Essentially, the equipment designed to terraform the planet has long since done its job and is now producing extreme jet winds, into which some engineer has elected to install turbines to generate power.

The inspiration behind this technological absurdity is simple enough: not all beneficial solutions are good solutions. In fact, they may be hilariously bad while still making perfect financial sense.
